My passion in life is people; connecting people across cultures over the love of art and design. I believe true connection is found through food. As a self proclaimed food critic, (no credentials just great taste), I find the most joy in cooking for those I love, trying new restaurants, and eating all over the world. My first introduction to a culture other than my own was in Mexico, where my enthrallment with Spanish-speaking cultures is rooted. Since then, I have stayed with a host family in Costa Rica that not only solidified my love for the culture, but my fluency in the language. More recently, I traveled to Colombia where I got the opportunity to study law and human rights under graduate students. This portfolio is available in both Spanish and English—a small but meaningful nod to my love for languages, cultures, and, above all, people.

Food and fashion aren’t the only things I love. I consider myself a professional NYT crossword puzzle solver (11:23 PR), a jean connoisseur with way too many pairs and not enough excuses to wear them, a way too niche Spotify playlist name curator, and I just recently mastered the perfect blowout (pretty proud of that).
